Trying Harder . . . Working Harder
Is Not The Answer
Many parents know in their hearts their child is capable of so much more. Often these children are average to above average intelligence, but are not performing at their full potential. It's hard to give the right answer when you don't understand the question, to follow directions when they don't make sense, or to keep trying when your best isn't good enough. Most just process information differently, not better, not worse, just different.
Maybe your child has been diagnosed with a learning disability or attention deficit disorder, but never seems to do as well as you know he could. Year after year your child continues to struggle but never seems to catch up or get ahead. Can you imagine the damage to your child's self-esteem? Some give up, feeling defeated. Trying harder, working harder. . . is not the anwer.
That's where we come in. Let us share with you how we can help build a solid learning foundation for your child.
